Terms for course access and billing.
These terms cover paid access to FedBiz Masterclass, subscription billing, member content, and acceptable use of the platform.
Accounts and access
FedBiz Masterclass is a paid training program offered under the WizBd brand. Access is tied to the account holder and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written approval.
We may suspend or remove access if account activity suggests unauthorized sharing, abuse, fraud, or behavior that puts the platform or other members at risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is offered through the plan shown at checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. If a one-time access offer is available, the terms shown with that offer apply.
Billing is processed through Stripe or a successor payment processor. You are responsible for keeping payment details current so access can remain active.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel recurring access before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future billing and access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Refund handling follows the offer shown at checkout. Any exception or special refund policy should be stated clearly on that offer.
Member content and acceptable use
Course lessons, downloadable resources, workflows, and supporting materials are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not repost, redistribute, record, or package the content for resale.
The platform is intended for lawful business education and operations support. Do not use it to misrepresent qualifications, submit false information, or interfere with the service.

The product is designed to help owners build clearer systems around federal contracting, but it does not guarantee awards, registrations, approvals, revenue, or specific business results.
