This page explains how WizBd handles information collected through lead forms, member accounts, course access, and subscription workflows.
What we collect
When you join the mailing list, create an account, purchase access, or contact the business, we may collect your name, email address, business stage, billing metadata, and the product interests you submit.
We may also store member progress, lesson completion, account role, and subscription status so course access works correctly.
How we use the information
Your information is used to deliver course access, process billing, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and send relevant product or curriculum updates.
Lead form fields can also be used to segment interest across the masterclass, BidRadar, and Reyvn so follow-up stays more relevant and less noisy.
Processors and service providers
Authentication, profile data, and course access data may be handled through Supabase or a comparable backend provider. Subscription and payment data may be handled through Stripe or a comparable processor.
Those providers may process information on our behalf to operate the platform securely, prevent fraud, and maintain billing records.
Communications and retention
You may receive operational emails related to your account, purchase, billing, or course access. If you opt into marketing updates, you may also receive launch notes, curriculum updates, and software-related follow-up.
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, comply with obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can request account updates, marketing opt-out changes, or support-related corrections through the contact page. Billing changes for active subscriptions should be handled through the billing workflow when available.
If the product later adds analytics, cookies, or additional processors, this policy should be updated at the same time those changes go live.
